TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON SECURITY WHEN USING
THE NATIONAL BUSINESS REGISTRATION PORTAL
1. Password: User takes responsibility to secure the password and all transaction information. Any login or transaction processed by user account with correct password or other identification factors provided by System is considered as the actions of users. The National Business Registration Portal will not be responsible for any risk arising in transaction process in case user reveals password to others. In case the password is detected to be revealed, user must immediately change the password or contact the National Business Registration Portal for support.
2. System errors: When processing online transactions, user shall be deemed to accept that the transactions in the National Business Registration Portal can be delayed if Internet access or other electronic devices might be interrupted due to loss of transmission or other unforeseen reasons which are out of control of the National Business Registration Portal. Besides, user shall be deemed to acknowledge that their personal information or data can be illegal accessed by the third parties. Therefore, user shall be deemed to accept all risks which may arise when accessing/processing transactions in the National Business Registration Portal.
3. Virus: The National Business Registration Portal will not be responsible for any compensation, requirements, penalties, losses, liability, costs, and/or expenses, actions which user may take by using their computer systems and/or mobile devices to connect to other computer systems and/or mobile devices with viruses while user accesses, uses and downloads data in the National Business Registration Portal. User has the responsibility to equip his/herself with the anti-virus software for your computers and/or mobile devices used to access the National Business Registration Portal.
4. Internet transmission errors: User should select the high-speed and stable internet subscribing package to have the fastest online transaction. The National Business Registration Portal will not be responsible in case of lost orders or orders cannot be cancelled due to transmission error of the user.
5. User must notify the National Business Registration Portal within 01 hour since they detect the following problems:
5.1. User name and password are lost or stolen.
5.2. Any illegal appropriation of username and password.
5.3. Illegal use of services in the National Business Registration Portal.
5.4. Any sign of using the username/password to process transactions without approval and allowance of users.
By using any service of the National Business Registration Portal, users shall be deemed to be legally bound by these above-mentioned Terms & Conditions.
Modifications of any contents of these Terms and Conditions will be notified in the Portal. By continuous use of services in the Portal, users shall be deemed to be legally bound by that modification.
