Advertising Services
|
- Advertising for business goods and services must have a certificate of business registration.
- Advertising for all kinds of products, goods and services must have documents to prove conformity, conformity of products, goods and services in accordance with law.
- Advertise property law provisions that property must have a certificate of ownership or right to use, they must have a certificate of ownership or rights to use assets.
- Advertising for products, goods and special services to ensure the following conditions:

e) Advertising of food, food additives must have a certificate of registration quality, hygiene and safety of food, food additives must be registered on the list of quality, hygiene and food safety or reception announced receipt of standard state agencies have jurisdiction over food, food additives on the list must publish standards;
e) Advertising services medical medical certification to qualified practitioners from the health sector as provided for by law;
g) Advertising of medical equipment to permit circulation of medical equipment domestic production or import license for import of medical devices;
h) advertisements in plant protection drug materials and plant protection, plant protection materials must have a certificate of registration of plant protection products. Advertising beneficial organisms used in plant protection must be licensed by the Plant Quarantine Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
i) Advertising veterinary medicine, veterinary supplies must be licensed for distribution of products and the summary of product characteristics;
k) Advertising fertilizers, bio-products serve cultivation, animal feed, bio-products for livestock must serve a certificate of product quality or self-published text quality products.

- The general conditions include:
a) Having business registration of tourist accommodation;
b) Take measures to ensure security and order, sanitation, safety, fire prevention, fire according to law for tourist accommodation establishments;
- The specific conditions include:
a) For the hotels, tourist villages must meet minimum requirements for construction, equipment, services, expertise, foreign language and the management of service personnel under the same ranking criteria application for each category and class;
b) For the tourist villas and apartments travel to ensure minimum requirements for equipment and service level standards corresponding ranking for each category and class;
c) For camping tourism, tourist lodges, houses rent rooms to tourists, tourist accommodation establishments other equipment to ensure minimum standards of tourist accommodation business.
