Business Registration Supporting Center under Agency for Business Registration performs business registration support to organizations, individuals nationwide.
Business Registration Supporting Center has the following tasks and powers:
1. To perform support to business registration, business household registration, cooperative registration and other types prescribed by law;
2. To manage, operate and invest in the maintenance, upgrading and development of the National Business Registration System, Business Household Registration System, Cooperative Registration System, from public administrative revenue sources, the remaining revenue sources of fees, Fund for development of non-business activities and other revenue sources according to the provisions of law;
3. To provide information service on enterprises, business households, cooperatives and other forms as prescribed by law on the National Business Registration Information System, Business Household Registration System, Cooperative Registration System for individuals and organizations in need. To issue publications on information on business registration, business households, cooperatives and other forms prescribed by law.
4. To provide training on business registration laws and National Business Registration Information System, Business Household Registration System, Cooperative Registration System for business registration offices, organizations and individuals nationwide;
5. To administer the organization, payroll, assigned assets pursuant to legal regulations and decentralization management of the Agency for Business Registration and the Ministry of Planning and Investment;
6. To perform other tasks assigned by the general director of the the Agency for Business Registration.
