National Business Registration Portal is an electronic information page which is used by organizations and individuals in order to perform online business registration; access the information about business registration and serves the process of issuing business registration Certificate of business registration agencies. From the date of 15/04/2013, under Circular No. 01/2013/TT-BKHĐT dated 21/01/2013 of the Ministry of Planning and Investment on business registration, organizations and individuals can access to the National Business Registration Portal at www.dangkykinhdoanh.gov.vn and using public services offered by the National Business Registration Portal, including: online business Registration; business registration information services; E-Gazette; Reconciliation of business registration database and other utilities.
1. The status of the extraction and using of the National Business Registration Portal

Statistics on page views of the Portal above shows that the monthly average page view in 2014 has increased by 169% compared to 2013. This represents the interest of the community about the Portal have increased recently.
Currently, the basic public services on the Portal including online business registration; excavation of business registration information services and E-Gazette. The result of implementing this service in 2014 is as follows:
- Online business registration: the number of new registration and supplement registration for enterprises and subunits are 1,204 and 145, respectively.
- Information Service: there are 7501 successful transactions about excavation of business registration information implemented on the Portal.
- E-Gazette: there are 73,657 E-Gazette about New registration and Amendments of enterprise that were posted on the Portal.
In addition to the above services, the Portal also offers other utilities to support the community for the implementation of administrative procedures relating to the businesses registration such as data standardization, search enterprise name, search for business information, business registration instructions.
2. The status of the development and improvement of the National Business Registration Portal
In 2014, the tool search engine provided on the Portal has been upgraded and improved. This tool provides users with fast, accurate, complete and convenient searching for information about the enterprises. According to statistics, the number of page views of the Portal has increased significantly after the update tool.
In order to improve, enhance the quality of public services provided on the Portal, in the second quarter of 2014, the information products provided for free and premium which belongs to information services and E-Gazette have been modified. Accordingly, all of the printouts have been adjusted for the contents, header, and layout which are more reasonable and suitable for the user.
Also in 2014, the “list of conditional business lines" of the ministries and sectors together with conditions for each business license are posted on the National Business Registration Portal, which facilitates the user in understanding the dossiers and procedures for conducting conditional business lines as prescribed by law. Currently, a total of 346 guiding about procedures of issuing business licenses for conditional business lines have been posted on the Portal. There are licenses which have reached thousands of views in just 01 months after publication (e.g. pharmaceutical practice certificate, certificate of accounting practice, practice certificate of plant protection drugs...), which presents the great interest of the enterprise community for this content.
Regarding support and guiding for users, various instruction materials have been posted on the Portal, such as guiding document of domestic card payments through SmartLink payment gateway; Guiding document about using intelligent search engine on the Portal; Guiding document about business information services; Guidelines about E-gazette; Instructions about amendment registration of enterprises/subunits; Instruction about new registration of enterprises/subunits; and Instructions about registering user accounts on the National Business Registration Portal. These materials have contributed to support users with the purpose of using online services on the Portal.
About the news, articles published in the Portal, in 2014, there are total of 592 news and articles posted on the Portal, providing readers with the most updated information about the legal problems of enterprises and business registration; the status of the formulation, implementation of legal documents about enterprises and business registration; formulation of National business registration database; data standardization, digitalization of business registration dossiers nationwide; coordination between business registration agencies and tax authorities for the information exchange on business registration information; business registration status in the country; news about the activities of international cooperation in the field of business registration; international experience in the field of business registration; status of administrative procedures reform, business environment evaluation and much other useful information.
3. Operational Plan 2015
It is planned that in 2015, the Portal will continue to be upgraded and completed in several directions as follows:
First, upgrading and improving of public services on the Portal to comply with new regulations of the Enterprise Law 2014;
Second, adding a number of utilities on the Portal to serve users such as the application for online business registration which does not require a public certificate authentication or a business registration account; application guiding the preparation of business registration dossiers...
Third, promoting the news, articles updates on the Portal; improving the quantity and quality of information, articles, photographs, and data on the Portal; ensuring diversity in order to meet the requirements of the user community of the Portal.
