Implementing Letter No.152/ĐKKD-CSDL dated 08.11.2014 of the Agency of Business Registration (ABR) on exchanging business registration affairs and guiding Data reconciliation program and Digitalization of Business registration documents program, ABR’s working group had worked in Lai Chau, Dien Bien province from 08.21 until 08.22.2014 to discuss local problems and practical difficulties in business registration affairs, thus provide guidance and support for Business Registration office’s staffs (BRO’s staff) to solve existing problems in the business registration affairs.
Introduction on business registration affairs at Lai Chau, Dien Bien:

Through the meeting, ABR’s delegation directly exchanged, guided and answered to problems and difficulties for BRO’s staffs, such as:
- The implementation of business registration affairs, a number of practical problems in business registration issue.
- The implementation of Data reconciliation and Digitalization of Business registration documents program, some obstacles and difficulties in the implementation process; exchange of deployment experiences of each region or locality.
- Using the reporting system to serve the state management of business registration.
- Revocation of business registration certificate on NBRS, the difficulties and problems in the deployment process.
- Collaboration among agencies and units at local in managing enterprise after establishment.
- The process of manipulating business registration documents on NBRS, problems and difficulties during operation.
- Using the new features on NBRS.
- Information Security, Facilities Management affairs on NBRS.
- Guidelines for criticism over transfer fee and fees.
Besides, ABR’s delegation noted a number of issues and problems of BRO’s staffs for synthetizing and reporting to the ABR’s leaders, such as: revocation business registration procedures; legislation to revoke the certificate branches, representative offices, business local; enterprise management after establishment; overlapping and unclear content on conditional business lines regulations, making it difficult for enterprises and state management agency.
In general, after two working days, direct guidance and support was provided by ABR’s delegation to solve some problems and difficulties at local and synthetize, with regard to ABR’s leaders in order to propose amendments and supplements to suit practical conditions. Besides, through the meeting, BRO’s staffs and ABR’s staffs had opportunity to share information, practical experience in the management of business registration as well as understanding the difficulties and obstacles in business registration affairs at local.
