1. Nationwide overview
In this week, while some indexes of newly established enterprises such as the number of newly established enterprises and the number of registered employees increased, vice versa, the volume of registered capital decreased, comparing with week 41. The indexes that reflect how much of challenges that enterprises faced include: the number of enterprises that register for temporary suspension went down, the number of enterprises that were revoked certificates for business registration went up and the number of dissolved enterprises remained approximately as many as it was in week 41.
2. Graph show the number of enterprises in terms of types, areas and business activities
-Types of enterprises:
Comparing with week 41, the number of newly established enterprises increased in some types of business, in more detailed, the number of single-member limited liability companies increased the most among five business types, by 14.7%, follwed by the number of joint stock companies with 0.8%. On the contrary, the number of private companies fell down by 6.8%; only the number of multi-member limited liability companies and partnerships stayed stable, comparing to week 39. In terms of quantity, the number of single-member companies rose the most by 142 enterprises, the number of joint stock companies increased 03 enterprises and the number of private companies fell down by 07 enterprises. A majority quantity of newly established companies was single-member companies with 1,107 enterprises, follwed by multi-member limited liability companies (522), joint stock companies (370) and private companies (96).
- Areas:
It can be seen from statistics, the number of newly established enterprises in week 42 increased in some areas, such as: Central Highlands’ enterprises quantity surged 82.5%, followed by Midlands and mountainous areas in the North of Vietnam rose by 51.5%, Mekong Delta increased 10.9%, the Southeast area rose by 7.8% and Red river Delta increased 0.3%; only the area of North and South Central Coast fell by 4.2%. The areas such as Southeast and Red river delta still were the places that have the largest numbers of newly established enterprises due to the fact that the major cities such as Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh locate at these areas.
- Business lines:
In terms of business lines, there was a decrease in some business lines in the number of newly established enterprises in week 42 compared to week 41, in particular: construction; art, recreation and entertainment; producing and distributing electricity, water and gasoline. Other business lines such as Science and technology, consulting services for designing, advertising and other professionals, Finance, banking and insurance remained unchanged. The number of newly established enterprises that operate other business lines all increased. Moreover, a vast number of newly established enterprises still gather mainly in some traditional business fields such as wholesale and retail sales, repairing services for automobiles and motobikes; processing, manufacturing and construction industries.
