1. Business registration update in August 2015
In August 2015, there were 9.301 newly established enterprises with registered capital of 55.154 billion dong, increasing by 41% in the number of enterprises, decreasing by 41,9% in registered capital compared to previous month.
The proportion of registered capital per enterprise in August was reached 5,9 billion dong, decreasing by 0,7% compared to previous month. The number of registered labor in newly established enterprises were 129,8 million labors, increasing by 41,1% compared to July 2015.
Regarding the case of completed dissolution procedure and closed business in July, there were 834enterprises in the whole country, increasing by 11,5%, compared to July 2015.
Besides, the number of enterprises suspended due to economic difficulties was 7.595, increasing by 27,9% compared to the last month (of which 1.460 enterprises registered for temporary suspension; 6.135 others suspended without registering or waiting for closing tax code).
Also in this month, there were 1.359 enterprises resumed operation after suspension, decreasing by 7,4% compared to July 2015.
2. Business registration update in the first eight months of 2015
- General situation:
In the first eight months of 2015, there were 61.305 newly established enterprises with registered capital of 376.419 billion dong, increasing by 29,2% in the number of enterprises and increasing by 29,9% in registered capital compared to the same period last year.
Besides, in the first eight months of 2015, the total supplemental registered capital to market was reached 857.958 billion dong, of which: 376.419 billion dong from newly established registration and 481.539 billion dong from amended registration.
The proportion of registered capital per an enterprise in eight months of 2015 was reached 6,1 billion dong, increasing by 0,5% compared to the same period 2014. The registered workforce in newly enterprises in eight months of 2015 was expected to reach 873,3 million labors, increasing 23,3% compared to the same period last year.
- Business registration update by region:
In the first eight months of 2015, regarding the case of newly established enterprises as the chart 1 shows, Central Highlands area was the only region had the deepest decrease by 17,6%. Other regions had the tendency of increasing, of which Red river delta saw the highest increase in the number of newly established in the whole country by 34,8%.
- Business registration update by business activities
In the first eight months of 2015, most of business activities had the tendency of increasing in the number of enterprises registering for establishment, of which Arts, Entertainment And Recreation had the highest increase by 114,4%, followed by Real Estate Activities (80,2%) and Transportation and Storage (56,9%).
