1. Business registration update in April 2014
In April 2015, there were 9.186 newly established enterprises with registered capital of 51.282 billion dong, increasing by 73,9% in the number of enterprises, by 52,2% in registered capital, compared to previous month. The proportion of registered capital per enterprise in April was reached 5,6 billion dong, decreasing by 12,5% compared to March 2015. Also in this month, the number of registered labor in newly established enterprises were 162.772 labors, increasing by 139,3% compared to the previous month.
Regarding the case of completed dissolution procedure and closed business in April, there were 684 enterprises in the whole country, increasing by 34,1%, compared to March 2015.
Besides, the number of enterprises suspended due to economic difficulties was 3.670, increasing by 58,5% compared to the last month (of which 1.333 enterprises registered for temporary suspension; 2.337 others suspended without registering or waiting for closing tax code).
Also in this month, there were 1.222 enterprises resumed operation after suspension, increasing by 70,2% compared to March 2015.
2.Business registration update in the first four months of 2015
- General situation:
In the first four months of 2015, there were 28.235 newly established enterprises with registered capital of 162.500 billion dong, increasing by 9,7% in the number of enterprises and increasing by 13,3% in registered capital compared to the same period last year.
Besides, in the first four months of 2015, there were 6.834 turns of increased capital amendment registration with 222.963 billion dong. Consequently, there was totally 385.463 billion dong of new and amended registrations in the first four months of 2015.
The proportion of registered capital per an enterprise in four months of 2015 was reached 5,7 billion dong, increasing by 1,8% compared to the same period 2014. The registered workforce in newly enterprises in four months of 2015 was expected to reach 427.889 labors, increasing 19,2% compared to the same period last year.
- Business registration update by region:
In the first four months of 2015, regarding the case of newly established enterprises as the chart 1 shows, Central Highlands area was the only region had the deepest decrease by 39,3%. Other regions had the tendency of increasing, of which Red river delta saw the highest increase in the number of newly established in the whole country by 17,6%,
- Business registration update by business activities
In the first four months of 2015, to turn to business activities there were the falls in the number of newly established enterprises in Financial, Banking and Insurance activities; Human Health and Social Work Activities and Whole sale and Retail trade. Other business activities had the tendency of increasing in the number of enterprises registering for establishment, of which Information and Communication had the highest increase by 247,2%, followed by Entertainment And Recreation (132%); Real Estate Activities (54,7%) and Transportation and Storage (37,3%).
