1. Enterprises completed dissolution procedure and closed business update in the first nine months of 2015.
- General situation:
The number of enterprises which already registered for suspension and dissolution in the first seven months of 2015 was reached 6.962, decreasing by 0,9% compared to the same period last year.
By quarterly statistics, in Q3/2015, there were 2.254 enterprises which already registered for suspension and dissolution, increasing by 5,2% compared to Q2/2015; decreasing by 12,1% compared to Q1/2015; decreasing by 1% compared to Q2/2014.
+ Business dissolution update by business forms:
Among dissolution enterprises in the first seven months of 2015, there were 2.519Limited liability companies with 1 member (about 36,2%), 1.897 Limited liability companies with 2 members or more (about 27,2%), 1.036 Share holding companies (about 14,9%) and 1.510Private companies (21,7%).
+ Business dissolution update by capital scale:
As the statistics show, the number of dissolution enterprises have an inverse relation with the capital scale (table 1).The vast majority of suspended enterprises due to business difficulties were those that have registered capital under 10 billion dong. This illustrates that enterprises with large capital scale usually have a better resistance to business difficulties than the ones with small capital scale.

II. Enterprise suspending operation update in nine months 2015
- General situation:
Regarding the cases of suspension due to difficulties in doing business during the first nine months of 2015, totally there were 47.604 enterprises, increasing by 15,3% compared to the same period last year (of which 12.437enterprises registered for temporary suspension; 35.167 others suspended without registering or waiting for closing tax code).
+ Enterprises suspending operation update by business forms:
Among suspended enterprises due to difficult situation in doing business, there were 17.183 Limited liability companies with 1 member (about 36,096%), 15.398 Limited liability companies with 2 members or more (about 32,346%), 9.284 Share holding companies (about 19,5%) and5.738 Private companies (about 12,056%) and 1 Partnership company (about 0,02%).

As the statistics in table 4 show, the vast majority of suspended enterprises due to business difficulties were those that have registered capital under 10 billion dong. This illustrates that enterprises with large capital scale usually have a better resistance to business difficulties than the ones with small capital scale.

III. Resumption enterprises update in the first nine months of 2015
- General situation:
In this period, there were 12.848 enterprises resumed operation after suspension in the whole country, increasing by 8,2% compared to the same period in 2014.This is an encourage figure that shows positive signals of recovery in the domestic economy, making more business opportunities for enterprises to invest and enter the market.
