1. Enterprises completed dissolution procedure and closed business update in the first ten months of 2015.
- General situation:
The number of enterprises which already registered for suspension and dissolution in ten months of 2015 was reached 7.641, decreasing by 1,2% compared to the same period last year.
+ Business dissolution update by business forms:
Among dissolution enterprises in ten months of 2015, there were 2.779 Limited liability companies with 1 member (about 36,4%), 2.088 Limited liability companies with 2 members or more (about 27,3%), 1.124 Share holding companies (about 14,7%) and 1.650 Private companies (21,6%).
+ Business dissolution update by capital scale:
As the statistics show, the number of dissolution enterprises have an inverse relation with the capital scale (table 1).The vast majority of suspended enterprises due to business difficulties were those that have registered capital under 10 billion dong. This illustrates that enterprises with large capital scale usually have a better resistance to business difficulties than the ones with small capital scale.

II. Enterprise suspending operation update in ten months 2015
- General situation:
Regarding the cases of suspension due to difficulties in doing business during ten months of 2015, totally there were 60.164 enterprises, increasing by 29,1% compared to the same period last year (of which 13.625 enterprises registered for temporary suspension; 46.539 others suspended without registering or waiting for closing tax code).
+ Enterprises suspending operation update by business forms:
Among suspended enterprises due to difficult situation in doing business, there were 21.633 Limited liability companies with 1 member (about 35,957%), 19.208 Limited liability companies with 2 members or more (about 31,926%), 11.514 Share holding companies (about 19,138%) and7.807 Private companies (about 12,976%) and 2 Partnership company (about 0,003%).

- General situation:
In this period, there were 16.198enterprises resumed operation after suspension in the whole country, increasing by 24,6% compared to the same period in 2014.This is an encourage figure that shows positive signals of recovery in the domestic economy, making more business opportunities for enterprises to invest and enter the market.
