1. Enterprises completed dissolution procedure and closed business update in eleven months of 2015.
- General situation:
The number of enterprises which already registered for suspension and dissolution in eleven months of 2015 was reached 8.468, decreasing by 2,23% compared to the same period last year.
+ Business dissolution update by business forms:
Among dissolution enterprises in eleven months of 2015, there were 3.094 Limited liability companies with 1 member (about 36,5%), 2.358 Limited liability companies with 2 members or more (about 27,9%), 1.251 Share holding companies (about 14,8%) and 1.765 Private companies (20,8%).
+ Business dissolution update by capital scale:
As the statistics show, the number of dissolution enterprises have an inverse relation with the capital scale (table 1).The vast majority of suspended enterprises due to business difficulties were those that have registered capital under 10 billion dong. This illustrates that enterprises with large capital scale usually have a better resistance to business difficulties than the ones with small capital scale.

II. Enterprise suspending operation update in eleven months 2015
- General situation:
Regarding the cases of suspension due to difficulties in doing business during eleven months of 2015, totally there were 62.713 enterprises, increasing by 21,35% compared to the same period last year (of which 14.843 enterprises registered for temporary suspension; 47.870 others suspended without registering or waiting for closing tax code).
+ Enterprises suspending operation update by business forms:
Among suspended enterprises due to difficult situation in doing business, there were 21.899 Limited liability companies with 1 member (about 34,897%), 20.223 Limited liability companies with 2 members or more (about 32,3%), 12.156 Share holding companies (about 19,4%) and 8.433 Private companies (about 13,4%) and 2 Partnership company (about 0,003%).

- General situation:
In this period, there were 18.646 enterprises resumed operation after suspension in the whole country, increasing by 31,24% compared to the same period in 2014.This is an encourage figure that shows positive signals of recovery in the domestic economy, making more business opportunities for enterprises to invest and enter the market.
